In February 2009, the BOE Hefei 6th Generation Line Sumitomo Chemical Color Film Technology Transfer Support Project Group was established to introduce China's first 6th generation liquid crystal display color film production line for BOE. In June 2009, the BOE Beijing 8th Generation Line DNP Color Film Technology Transfer Support Project Group was established. In September 2012, BOE successfully achieved mass production. It has made outstanding contributions to the successful launch of the first 8.5 generation line of the Chinese mainland.

In January 2013, Xiamen Tianma Microelectronics Technology Consulting Project Group was established to assist DNP to provide convenient consulting services for Xiamen Tianma.
